Description
EndUser? can specify if Milestones have a start date allowing more complex relationships between Milestones
The goal here is to allow some Milestones to be active at the same time. This may not make sense, however it is conceivable to assume that in some cases we may want the calculated completion date of a milestone to be affected by the assumption that other work will be on going in parallel.
This is can be avoided by simply moving tickets (including user stories) into an earlier milestone.
