It seems this might only be broken in the later patches. Can you confirm your patch version?

This was happening because we internally store the completion dates as actual datetimes. The notification code that sends the emails was expecting strings and so failed when it tried to perform string operations. This has now been fixed.

  • resolution set to DONE
