Description

Admin should be able to integrate alternative workflows with the sizing system in agile-trac

Currently the concepts of sizing and workflow are intermixed. Hence the use of the AgileWorkflow?. However this coupling is limiting and it would be better if a solution could be found that allowed these two concepts to be related but not tightly coupled. That way alternate workflows could be provided that would still work with agile-trac.

I think it's worth considering making the sizing status changes generated automatically, and do sizing separately to the actions to change state...
