Description

Currently the iteration description says "Summary (you may use WikiFormatting here)", but in practice the text is shoved into a large heading without any formatting.

If tricky to put wiki formatting in the heading, maybe we should have two separate fields - a summary and a description, the longer version supporting wiki version.

(this is using the latest DEV branch for trac 0.11, with the latest 0.2.1dev plugin as of r306)

I've added a file to upgrade the database to add the 'description' field. However the plan will be to augment this with the iteration_ticket table change proposed in #70 and also required for #45.

Incidentally wiki formatting should be supported by the summary (really 'title') of the iteration so I would consider this a bug (as a wiki one-liner), even though we are saying we do want the additional 'description' field.
